Terms of sale and refunds

Seller

WallSplitter is published by Simon Lascaud (1422 avenue de l'Europe, 34170 Castelnau-le-Lez, France). Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our official reseller: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and pays the sales tax or VAT due in your country. Its terms apply to the payment.

Price

The price is shown on this site. Sales tax or VAT is calculated for your country at checkout. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Delivery

Your licence key is emailed as soon as the payment is accepted. Download the app from the Download page and paste the key to remove the watermark.

Licence

• Each key lets you use WallSplitter on 2 computers at a time, with no time limit.
• To move to a new computer, deactivate the licence from “About”: its seat is released.
• Personal and commercial use are allowed, including client projects.
• Your key is personal: it may not be resold, shared or published.
• The videos you produce belong entirely to you.

Free trial

The trial has every feature with no time limit; only exported files carry a watermark. You can check that WallSplitter fits your setup before buying.

Refunds

If WallSplitter is not right for you, email support@wallsplitter.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. The key is then deactivated.

Because the key is delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away, which ends the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content in the EU. This 14-day guarantee replaces it.

Warranty

Statutory warranties for digital content still apply. Beyond them, our liability is limited to the price paid, to the extent permitted by law.
